The breakfast was delivered to my room, and it was very nice. i had booked a table for dinner, and i was seated on time. the staff collected glasses regularly. I appreciated that.
The wifi was non existent, a problem for me. there was no room service available when i wanted a sandwich. the shower dripped all night. This was very annoying.

the building and rooms offered a serene, beautiful atmosphere. every staff member was professional and helpful. explanations during our arrival were thorough and clear. the lounge area near the bar provided a calming space for relaxation. there was ample parking, and a lovely outdoor seating area was available.
I noticed the wifi was not optimal. It was somewhat challenging to maintain a stable connection for consistent access.

i was disappointed in some aspects of my stay. the wifi signal was not good. the shower had inconsistent temperatures, fluctuating between hot and cold..

The hairdryer in the room was old and underpowered. It was also not aesthetically pleasing, detracting from the room's decor. the bathroom mirror required replacement, as did the tiles and taps. i found the food to be merely adequate. It lacked a special touch. the soufflé had a spongy texture, not light and fluffy. the calamari seemed pre-made and frozen, resulting in a chewy texture. i expect more for the price point of the chateaubriand steak as it was not seasoned at all.

I work in travel and i'm used to 5-star hotels, but this place had something special! the receptionist, claire, gave us a warm welcome and even found a charger for my device. zac in the tara restaurant knew the menu inside out, and the food came out hot. aiden, also in the restaurant, had fantastic customer service. It felt 5-star!!!
the wifi wasn't great, and sometimes we had no signal.

the driveway had several large potholes. it would be great to see this addressed for a smoother first impression.
